Currently it is almost exclusively used by individuals with marginal intelligence, zero empathy and complete lack of conversational skills like redditors, 4channers, twatters and middle schoolers.
Person 1: Hey, to anyone who doesn't know yet, J hasn't been answering because he's in the hospital.
