What is de-ball?
A debutante ball in St. Louis, MO. Debutantes are from the most prestigious families of St. Louis and are presented to society and the archbishop during their first year of college. Most girls are second, third, or fourth generation debutantes and attended private high schools in St. Louis. Throughout high school they take dancing and etiquette lessons in preparation for the ball. Proceeds from the ball benefit Cardinal Glennon.

De-ball - what is it?
The death blow (to the balls). Similar to "coups de grace", but far worse.
It was bad enough that she cheated on me, but here comes the coups de balls.... she did it with my dad.
What does "de-ball" mean?
a.k.a. Testicular Torsion: A painful twisting of the testicles that is usually caused by trauma but can also occur spontaneous. If left untreated can lead to partial or total death of the testicle or testicle(s). Term is used by Paramedics rooting from the medical term "Torsades de Pointes" which is unrelated to the testicles meaning: a twisting heart rhythm commonly called "Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia".
