Take two pices of bread and apply a generous ammount of peanut butter on one side to both pieces of bread, then pack it down the crack of your ass.

This glorious concoction consists of one part crack cocaine(mostly likely several rocks knowing Tyrone), Two pieces of bread(definently white, as Crackheads do not believe in whole-grain, and finally a generous portion of peanut butter.
