What is cap 2?
A group of people who are beyond useless and have perfected laziness. Incapable of fully doing their job.
I’m not surprised that Walmart cap 2 didn’t finish their job again.

Cap 2 - what is it?
The career path at Walmart that stocks the shelves of Non-frozen/refrigerated food, paper products like tissues and paper towels, and chemicals. But they also can be putting back returned items or unloading trucks, even maybe register duty if trained. But Cap 2 is primarily the food stockers. (Honestly it isn't such a nice position, I want to leave)
