What is blissfully ignorant?
When one's ignorance is used as either a coping mechanism or distraction from pain or simply reality, in which they are in a state of bliss far away from their problems.
"Michael seems to be a lot more blissfully ignorant these days, are we sure he isn't going through something rough?"
