Sectionals is when tubas, battery, pit, flutes, trumpets and so on seperate and learn their own music so the leader of that group can focus on one person at a time. Drill is when the band goes on the field, or anything size related as far as sidelines and hash marks, and learns movements. Parade march is basically getting in lines to march in a big parade.
