What is ass cigar?

When you fold toilet paper into a cigar shape and place it between your butt cheeks to stop smearing, leakage and or skid marks.

Mom/other: why is there toilet paper in the shower?
Daughter/son/other: oh I must of forgot to take my ass cigar out beforehand
