The highest rank which can be achieved in the US Ass Service. The top officer which supervises all Ass Pirates, Admirals, Bandits, and Rangers. To achieve this status one must be highly skilled in Ass Navigation, Strategy, and Warfare. Also has a 2 slot cabinet for his Ass Advisors.
