What is archenemy?

Somebody who is a more prominent enemy towards another person. They usually do whatever it takes to make their nemesis' life a living hell.

Cheyne: I hear you have so many enemies. Who would be your archenemy?
David: It would have to be Dillon. He's the guy who always makes my life hell.
