What does "a flow" mean?

The style and essence of a True Lax(lacrosse) Bro. Is usually referred to as long, wavy or curly hair, which can give someone flow, however, flow can also be attained by the equipment and uniform of a player (calf socks, knee length shorts). More importantly flow comes from the style of a player's game; if a player always makes sloppy plays or is a ball hog they are lacking flow, but if a player can make plays and pick corners he has flow.

"Chad has sick flow"

A flow - definition

Sick hair that was invented by hockey players...dont listen to and lacrosse players, they will try and tell you they invented it but they're just posers....Your flow has to be the perfect length...not to short not to long...you will know when it is perfect because you will play the best games of your life...take note of the perfect length so you cut it back to the perfect length when it gets too long...When it is too long that is considered an OVER-flow....side effects of an OVER-flow are; ankles bending more than usual, flopping passes, getting burned(applies to defensmen AND fowards), and the worst side effect that can kill a team is being a MAJOR sieve (goalies only)

EXAMPLE 1

PERSON 1: Hey! did you see Colby's sick flow

PERSON 2: Yah dude, that thing gives our team meaning!

EXAMPLE 2

PERSON 1: Bro have you seen Nick's hair? he needs some major trimage

PERSON 2: I KNOW!!! He's been letting in like 7 goals a game...HE'S KILLIN US!

A flow - slang

A hairstyle that's very popular for male hockey players. The flow is a hairstyle that involves growing it down to the neck, tucking it behind your ears, then greasing it to the extreme. Sometimes a baseball cap is put on top, to add to the grease. While some girls and boys find it attractive, most agree it is disgusting and should be banned.

"That guy is so cute!"
"No he's not, he has the flow."

A flow

A state of mind reached while dancing. Can be applied to any form of dance art, but is primarily used to describe freestylers "flowing" with the music. In this state of mind, it seems like the music is telling your body what to do, and you just go with it. While emotionally in this state all worries, fears, insecurities seem to melt away, reality fades as it becomes just you and the music. Physically, one feels as though they can keep on dancing, and their movements are natural and without thought. These two states combine as one to describe the state of flowing. Flowing can be reached sober or under the influence of a substance, and in this state NOBODY IS A BAD DANCER, regardless of skill level as the main point of flowing is feeling the music and enjoying one's self.

I was totally FLOWING to that last track!

Did you see that guy/girl flowing with the music?

Man, just flowing is so much fun.

A flow

The slang usuage of "Flow" in Hip-Hop changed thru out the years. its meaning is constantly evolving thru out the generations. but some people today still use the old terms to express certain things cuz theres no words for what they are trying to say. but here are when they came around... the dates maybe off a year or two.

(1989 to 1996) To rap fast in a straight line and to roll your tongue to make it sound even faster. back in the early 90's this technique was the newest thing to do and hardly heard in a Rap song.

(1996 to 2005) To "Rap." at this time it was simplified and bastardized to its simplist meaning.

(2005 to now) To Rap with a Unique Melodic Rap Style.

(1989 to 1996) Example: "He busted a flow after the break down."
(1996 to 2005) Example: "Can You Flow?"
(2005 to Now) Example: "Ah That dudes wack he got no flow!!!"
