What is Woo boy?
A firefighter who has several hundred dollars in emergency warning equipment on his/her personal vehicle. Usually accompaned by several radio antennas. The typical woo woo may be wearing a fire department shirt in a public place and also sport a walkie talkie, fire department pager (or two) a cell phone (or two) on their belt.

Woo boy - what is it?
A Woo-boy is a middle aged white mail pedophile that drives a rusty, dented unmarked white van slowly near elementary schools and attempts to woo boys inside with stories of lost puppies or injured parents or gifts of candy. A Woo-boy is a child molester that takes a thrill in the hunt.
Mom: "here is your lunch Billy. Stay away from strangers or the woo-boy will snatch you"

What does "Woo boy" mean?
