The government's continued effort at dry fucking the working people and picking their pockets to pamper those who think that work is overrated.
I should get a job, but I'd rather surf the net all day. Let some other sucker go to work; I'll just get a welfare cheque.

What does "Welfare" mean?
1. The word that makes me want to become a libertarian whenever I hear it. 2. The program that the lazy, selfish, fat, trashy, stupid, loud, brain dead, annoying kids at my school who refuse to do anything more than be the janitor at Walmart for the rest of their meaningless lives live off.
1. Fat trashy cunt in the hallway: "I gonna have more babies because the govament is gonna give me more Welfare monies".
What I think when I hear this: "That fat cunt should thank me for having a brain, working hard, going to college, getting a job, and having part of my hard earned salary go to her and her seven children."

A type of lifestyle one in the United States subscribes to where the government distributes the taxes from hardworking Americans so low lifes can buy flat screen TVs, fancy cars, drugs, beer, filet mignon, and wear tattoos.

Example: a person living in a Welfare housing that owns a 40 grand Cadilac.

Although Welfare is commonly used by lazy people, Welfare still has a vital purpose in civilization.
