What is Vladimir Arutinian?
Man from Tbilisi, Georgia, who attempted to assassinate US President George W. Bush and Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili with a hand grenade. The event took place on May 10, 2005. He is currently in prison, serving a life sentence.
