The battleground districts are Maine's 2nd Congressional District (ME-2) and Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District (NE-2). Maine is a blue state while Nebraska is a red state. In the electoral college, all 50 states have electoral votes and there are 538 total votes but 270 are needed to win.
