What is Tabouleh?

Lebanese food:
The best salad in the world, made out of persley, cracked wheat, lime, oignons, tomatoes, lemon juice,a little mint, salt and sumac pepper.... I LOVE IT! try it with lebanese pita bread.... Amazing!
