Stockmarket companies (primarily on on low-value/penny stocks with little or no regulatory procedures) that promote poor or nonexistent products and designed to fleece traders through dumping of shares from toxic financiers. The companies then wilt & die, leaving investors with nothing and no means of retrieving their money.
