What is Street dweller?
A street dweller can be 1 of 2 things:
1) A thug who dwells on the streets, sells drugs, etc.
2) A homeless person who dwells/lives on the streets.
Thug example:
"Yo, they call me Nas, I'm not your legal type of fella. Moet drinking, marijuana smoking street dweller, who's always on the corner.."

Homeless example:
"He was a serf, he's fallen to a street dweller now."
