What does "Smoking weed" mean?
Snoop Dogg's most famous line advocating for daily marijuana usage.
It has spawned a huge number of joke variants, many of which somehow involve Super Mario. When the player goes down a pipe, the well-known transit noise is replaced by a squeaky voice saying "weed" three times. Need I say more?
Most implementations of this phrase occur along with a GIF of Snoop Dogg's "weed dance", a classic move which is at once simple in appearance but actually quite difficult to pull off. Perhaps one needs to smoke pot before attempting it...

Smoking weed - what does it mean?
The unwritten street rules of smoking weed in groups or circles, usually broken by rookie smokers. Without these, it would be anarchy. Does not apply if you are smoking something to your face. These rules are not in any specific order.
- Rollers Rights are always in effect
- The person who purchased or chips in the most money for the weed always gets to roll
- You cannot complain about the weed being bush if you did not chip any money in to buy it
- Calling out deuce before the joint is rolled up results in getting bitch place (last in line)
- If smoking a blunt, no one is allowed to back down
- If smoking a blunt, no one is allowed to take baby-tokes
- Rookies acting paranoid will result in a punch in the arm from the rest of the group
- Dropping the the blunt or spliff results in a punch in the arm from the rest of the group
- Not "ringing" a canoeing blunt with saliva to fix it results in a punch in the arm from the rest of the group
- Always smoke it down to the last toke
- What happens in the smoking circle stays in the smoking circle (unless it was way too funny)

The catch phrase, as well as its many variations, is used in many image macros, remixes and youtube videos.

A phrase used commonly among stoner's when somebody forgets that they are currently in possession of the pipe or joint and proceeds to babble nonsensically prior to taking their hit. The phrase "smoke weed" is used in these situations to remind the offender to take their hit and pass it because others are waiting on them. This phrase is often followed by the word "damn it" or "bitch".
