What is Schrodinger's Cat?
An thought experiment that attempts to illustrate the problem of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. A cat waits at the front door, asking for it to be opened. When the door is opened, the cat remains seated in place. The cat wishes to be both outside and inside, but cannot exist as both at the same time.
Schrodinger’s Cat is a pain in the ass.

When you can’t prove or disprove something, the side you favor is now automatically right.
The nature of this paradox is so unstable and grave, that everyone now has a PhDs in Philosophy and Ethics.
Paradoxes like this however are only reserved for the lower of magnitude. Their natural habits include FB, Twitter, as well as most political Reddit threads involving stupid instances where it is inherently obvious someone is lying.
Ex. Trump blatantly refusing to bring forth witnesses to defend himself whilst claiming to be 100% innocent. Let’s all forget how law works and become philosophers. This absolutely has nothing to do with my party affiliation, I swear. A real case of Schrodinger’s Clinically Depressed Cat.
What does "Schrodinger's Cat" mean?
The cat is both here and not here, while simultaneously being neither here, nor there. The cat cannot be nowhere, yet the cat is not everywhere. However, it may be anywhere, but it can only be somewhere. So, where is it?
"C'mon, just give up, already! You've been looking for that thing for hours! You might as well be looking for Schrodinger's Cheshire Cat!"
"But it has to be here. I've already looked everywhere, and I haven't found it anywhere. Perhaps if I start looking nowhere, I may end up finding it somewhere!"
"I swear you've gone mad, Bro."
"Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad, here."
Schrodinger's Cat - what does it mean?
A nonsensical experiment suggested due to an equally nonsensical theory namely Quantum Mechanics. In this experiment a cute kitty cat is enclosed in a box containing say a sealed jar of a poisonous gas. boooo...
The trigger for the release of the gas inside the box is the decay of some radioactive atom. If the radioactive atom decays it sets of a hammer like action which breaks the jar containing the gas which instantly kills the cat but if it doesn't decay the cat stays alive and kicking. If the half life of the radioactive atom chosen as a trigger is say one hour then for that one hour according to laws of Quantum Mechanics the cat is neither alive nor dead but is in some sort of a superposition of both the states. Bizzare?? Definitely.
So it all boils down as to what is the true nature of radioactive decay. Is it spontaneous or not. To this day radioactivity is considered a random process. Though I believe that this is incorrect.
This was only a thought experiment devised by Erwin Schrodinger in 1935 to show the incompleteness and bizarreness of Quantum Mechanics.

Schrodinger's Cat - meaning
A hypothetical cat that is simultaneously dead and alive because we don't know whether the nuclear particle has decayed or not, releasing the trigger that kills the cat. Used as an example that quantum mechanics is completely absurd when we look at it from a mundane perspective.
Schrodinger didn't test this experiment on a cat.
