What is Plaguelands?
An area in Old Russia that has been taken over by SIVA. Riddled with Fallen Splicers, most of the area is inhabitable.
To defeat SIVA, you must travel into the Plaguelands and defeat Aksis, the Archon Prime.

An area of Old Russia that has been taken over by SIVA. Full of fallen splicers, this area is also the residence of Aksis, the Archon Prime.
To stop SIVA, you must travel into the Plaguelands and take out the replication chamber.
