What is Phase II?
A supemental wipe of one's ass when residue in the anal canal that's not easily accessible during phase I (inital wipe after a poop) gets moist and seeps out the asshole requiring a 'phase II', usually performed with a baby wipe back to front.
Hey Dustin, I pooped about an hour ago and now my asshole is beginning to itch and feel kinda moist. I'm gonna go Phase II.
