Pebb - what is it?
Someone who ignores every rule that is applied to them and ignores the people that they don’t like. They believe that they are better than anyone else and always talk themselves up to people.
person 1: “have you seen that new kid?”
person 2: “yeh, but I’ve heard that they’re such a pebb”
