In essence a PDP is a total crock of shit. 1. a document to prove that management is doing something 2. a tick box exercise so management can justify their existence 3. a document that can be used to undermine the employee. 4. The initiation of process where an employee is held accountable for managements failings. 5. A total waste of time as what 6. An opertunity for management to learn all about your personal life ans disclose nothing about theirs.
