What is Pargo?
An ordinary mid-western, middle aged, middle class white man. Usually balding and wearing ill-fitting pleated khakis, a polo shirt and glasses. Usually thin with a small pot belly. Thoroughly unhip.

An unqualified person in a group who makes the decision to take on too much responsibility and thus causes the entire group to fail.
