What is PPBH?
Short for PeePeeButtHole. A term to describe the state of having the runs, a merciless liquidation of bowels that never seems to end. The BH is releasing a substance comparable to PP, but it’s certainly not just PP.
Bystander: Hey dudeguy, how was your night?
Victim: man, I got the worst case of PPBH after eating that week-old Big Mac. Lasted until 2 AM. It was unreal
