What is Old Meidl?
Abbreviation for Old ME In Deep Lies. A term used when you or your friend who used to be cool then changes and becomes lame. This can happen a number of different ways, one being if he is single and starts dating. Their old self still remains a part of them but lies dormant within them. The old self aka Old Meidl can come out at various times including when he's drinking.
