Now, all have gone away, no matter!! Goverment programs have filled the void, welfare, workers comp, unemployment benefits, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and many more, why work? There are a few idiotic companies trying to make a difference in this shithole town, dumbasses!! WHY WORK WHEN GOVERMENT PROGRAMS ARE FREE?????????

What does "New Castle" mean?
A New Castle girl is someone who was born and resides in New Castle Delaware, and never leaves because they actually think New Castle is a great place to be. They are trashy and think they are tough. I dont know who says it is a "shitty" town, because it isnt. There are drugs EVERYWHERE, its not right to point out New Castle as the top notch. People from New Castle may seem trashy to you but it is just because you are intimidated by them

New Castle
A small town in Northern Delaware. Also know as "The Castle" it consists of shitty little mid to low class neighborhoods full of drugs and "white trash". Directly linked to Wilmington, New Castle gets worse the closer to Wilmington you get. Women who live in New Castle are often reffered to as "New Castle Girls", and believe me, it's not a good thing. New Castle girls are said to be floozies or crack heads, whichever you prefer. The only really good thing about New Castle is Battery Park, (a good place to either make out, get high, or both!)
