NaruHina - what is it?
Naruhina is the romantic CANON pairing of Naruto and his Wife, Hinata Hyuuga of the manga and anime series: Naruto.
Confirmed in Chapter 700 and movie The Last Naruto movie (7th movie under Naruto title), Naruhina is canon.
Naruto and Hinata (Uzumaki) will have 2 children: Boruto named after his uncle Neji and Himawari.
This pairing had its canon status since Nov 7. 2014 the release of the last Naruto Manga Chapter 700.
Masashi Kishimoto has been personally inclined towards the pairing from the start hence the violent reactions and attacks of its non-canon counter part fandom -NaruSaku upon the release of the chapter and the movie.
Naruhina is Canon.

What does "NaruHina" mean?
This is the pairing of Naruto and Hinata. This is a pairing in the anime/manga Naruto. Not much more to say about it besides, a lot of people likes this pairing. (At least I think so)

NaruHina - what does it mean?
The pairing of Hinata Hyuuga and Naruto Uzumaki from the shounen anime/manga "Naruto".
This is a fairly popular het pairing amongst the fandoms, particuarly in Japan, though lacking in worldwide support compared to the larger rivals: Sasusaku, Narusaku, and Sasunaru.
Evidence for them as a pair is quite hard to find if you simply look at their scenes together at face value, but you can clearly see the effect Naruto has over Hinata as her confidence improves due to his faith in her as a person. Naruto is blind to her more-than-friendly affection, however, (initially because of his love for Sakura and then because of his goal in bringing Sasuke back) and puts down Hinata's blushes and shy murmers to her being "wierd" or "sick" because her face is always red. Consequently, because of Hinata's insignificance in the main plotlines, she often slips into the background in many episodes, but she definately has her moments, notably during the chuunin exams when facing Neji. A lot of focus was put onto Naruto and Hinata during that particular arc because he finally began to notice her, but unfortunately after this, the evidence for their relationship begins to dwindle (unless you count the filler episodes- but they're not part of the manga's plot) SPOILERS FOR THOSE NOT READING THE MANGA-
Well, regardless of what has happened so far, he sure as hell got one heck of a wake up call in Naruto manga chapter 437, and the Naruhina fandom (and every other fandom for that matter) are now waiting anxiously for Naruto's reaction and confirmation of the pairing.

1. The most popular het pairing in the Western Naruto fandom, and one of the most popular pairings in Japan. This fact is very puzzling if you have read the manga, due to the fact that Hinata is in less panels than unimportant characters like Temari, Gai, Zabuza, Kankurou, and Chouji.

A growing pairing from the start of the manga/anime Naruto. Hinata is a stalker who admires Naruto and wants to be just like him. Shes a minor character that gets less screentime than any of the other characters yet they still love her to be with Naruto. The pairing has yet to be canon but by chapter 437 fans thought otherwise. Many NaruHina fans have threated Kishimoto that if NaruHina does not become canon that they will purposely stop reading the manga. The fandom of NaruHina is much more larger in the western hemisphere than Japan. Kishimoto knows nothing of Naruto's fandom in America.
NaruHina fans tend to attack others for thier opinions. On youtube if you admit you like fan pairing sych as NaruSaku or KibaHina for instance you're automatically given the thumbs down option.
Many NaruHina fans when debating use mainly the fillers, since they are hardly as much NaruHina scenes in the manga, stating that the couple will be canon to much of their use.
Apparently as of Chapter 459 many NaruHina fans are either celebrating or trembling because NaruSaku may either happen or not. See as in example 2.
