E-slang. Abbreviation for "Never Wanna Lose Ya". Used a lot on Instant Messengers, like MSN Messenger and AIM, by girls with too much time on their hands or girls that don't know how to say goodbye in a short way.

Girl: Luv ya, don't go! Oowh, nwly!!
