What is Motivate?
A reason why employees across the world don't work any harder. If somebody works as hard as they can, they don't get paid another dime. It's a problem of motivation.

Also known as "MO"tivity. Shortened version of homosexual activity referring to non-sexual out of doors activity. Could be anything from a gay rally to simply holding hands or hugging.
