McManager - what is it?
Someone who's worked at a dead-end job long enough to achieve the title of boss, shift-leader or as we like to call it, "McManagement." This includes but is not limited to the fast-food industry, auto parts stores, gas stations and grocery stores.
McEmployee 1: Hey who's that dude in the fancy duds?
McEmployee 2: That's our McManagement.
