What is Lil meep?

A rapper inspired from a Roblox game called Meep City. He teaches you the way of Roblox to get some Roblox girls. He can rap but don't mess with him. He is also known as bat-meep from the local justice league from the hood. He likes going to a convenient store when hes in a Depanneur State of mind.
