What is Kinshasa?

A wrestling finisher most commonly known as the finishing maneuver of WWE wrestler and former NJPW wrestler Shinsuke Nakamura in which the wrestler lines up at a corner of the ring and delivers a vicious knee strike to their opponent's skull.
