it translates to heavanly shadow or shadow of heaven. Basically a man or phrase that is awesome and will rack your sox off any day

KEAKA - what is it?
A total spaz who simply can't sit still, and when he moves his arms and legs flail everywhere including all sorts of unnatural positions, yet somehow a keaka is suprisingly useful in sports and in the bedroom. He's very unorthodox in his techniques but somehow is able to make it from point A to point B
