What is Jogn?

"Jogn" is a way to refer to someone who is 4'9, a loser, and someone who would probably go in public just to bark at some Republicans for wearing a Trump hat. It's wise to keep "Jogn" on a leash, as he is feral and will attack civilians. "Jogn" is dangerous to keep inside your house, as he may light your kitchen on fire at 3 in the morning because he is bored.
