What is Joe Pa?
A phrase said to deny gayness when partaking in an action that can be deemed homosexual in any way. It is very similar to the meaning "no homo", except refers to allegations against Penn State and longtime former head coach Joe Paterno.
The camp counselor called out No Joe Pa as he strapped the climbing harness on the camper.

To be fully aware of certain extraordinarily prejudicial circumstances and/or happenings, yet choosing to completely ignore them for the benefit or lack of reprimand of oneself or others.

What does "Joe Pa" mean?
A flip flopping in regards to the status of a celebrities death.
The media had so many conflicting reports as to weather Joe Pa had died that we said he must have JoePa-ed.
