The measure of how hireable somebody is; how fit they are to be hired.
Noun form of the adjective hireable.
"Getting his College degree sure increased his hireability" -Said before 2008
"I don't have enough hireability to get a job in this economy." -Said from 2008 till ???
"Maybe I could boost my hireability by getting rid of my accent?" -People with accents that others find unpleasant.
