What is High c?
Is an East Coast Artist out of Orange County North Carolina. His legal name is Nathaniel and is also known to go by Nasty Nate.
Since HiGH-C’s last arrest in 2018, he will no longer answer to his legal name. He’s been in and out of jail since he was 13, but has said in his own words “the system is broke, I’m not going back”.

High c - what is it?
Refers to the various parking lots located on the campus of Winter Park High School. Only Cars that either A. cost over $50,000 B have a BMW/Mercedes/Lexus/Cadillac badge C. Have over 17 inch rims D Have an exhaust capable of waking all of WP. E get less than 7 MPG, are allowed in.

What does "High c" mean?
To Hit the high "C" is to make the high pitched noise emitted by a man who has just been injured in the genital area. It's a note easily achieved by choir boys and opera singers, but most men will only ever manage to attain such highs when they've sustained a blow to the bollocks.
To induce this noise in a gentleman, use reasonable force when striking the area. Note- REASONABLE force. Excessive force will result in no sound, as the note emitted will be too high for even dogs to hear, or he'll be unconscious, which is no fun for anyone.
