What is Graham Chapman?
My favorite Monty Python member. Unfortunately for me, he is the only dead one.
Likewise, my favorite HP character (Fred) dies. HP is also english, like Graham Chapman & the rest of Monty Python.

Graham Chapman - what is it?
Graham Chapman was a member of Monty Python, sometimes referred to as "the dead one", because he sadly passed away 1989 from cancer. Probably the most awesome poof that ever lived.
