What is Fiserv?
A quasi-monopoly financial company with garbage support. Every product is built using end of life or outdated technology that they refuse to upgrade. You will put in a ticket, wait weeks for a useless response, and wind up wondering why you bothered to put in a request.
Me: Just heard back from FISERV after 2 weeks of waiting. They asked for a good time to work on the issue.
