Definder - what does the word mean?

What is Fedora Core?

Basically the swingy/jazzy music. Gives listener cinema noir vibes as if they’re smoking in a dark lounge while listen to that music. For reference, listen to these songs:
Foetus - Descent into the Inferno
PIG - It Tolls for Thee (Pigbreath)
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - Stagger Lee

Fedora Core - what is it?

A type of taste common amongst fedora-wearing individuals. This includes Queen, Linkin Park, Metallica, My Little Pony, Reddit, 9GAG, Slayer, and Slipknot. They are often identified as Atheists, but not just tame individuals, they often like to create arguments out of thin air and look down on anyone that believes in a deity. They often perceive themselves as more intelligent than the common man, and act arrogant to make up for their lack of confidence.

"In this moment, I am euphoric. Not because of any phony god's blessing. But, because I am enlightened by my own intelligence." -Alewis

"That was Fedora-Core as hell"

What does "Fedora Core" mean?

Homepage: http://fedora.redhat.com/

One of the two continuations of RedHat 9 after it split into RHEL and Fedora Core in 2003.

Fedora Core is a completely FOSS GNU/Linux distro that uses RPM, Yum and a modified Linux and is financially supported by RedHat, Inc. Fedora has a very fast release cycle, producing two or three stable releases a year. As of version 3, all of Fedora Core is rather big, taking up four CDs and a little less than seven GB of hard drive space, although not nearly that much is needed to get a Fedora system up and running. Also as of version 3, the default desktop environment is GNOME but included in the nearly seven GB is also KDE and Xfce.

As of the Fedora Core 4 tests, Fedora is for the x86, x64 and PPC CPU architectures.

The only OSs on my hard drive are different versions of Fedora Core :)
