Definder - what does the word mean?

What is Elizabeth I?

Michael Jackson wrote this song exclusively for his dear friend Dame Elizabeth Taylor and performed it in honor of her 65th birthday on 16th February 1997.

A studio version of the song does exist and a snippet starting from the bridge to the end of the song.

Michael appreciated Elizabeth’s friendship dearly.

Elizabeth, I love you
You're every star, that shines in the world to me
Elizabeth, can't you see that it's true?
Elizabeth, I love you
You're more than just a star

Elizabeth I - what is it?

Refers to an iconic person who established a whole era by her/his (ideally her*) presence; implementing transforming policies from a high-power-position; having a very temperamental and focused leadership; in a patriarchal and sexist society in which she/he (ideally she*) was expected to be from other gender; and ended up proving those wrong; in addition to not following the social and established norms of leaving descendants, nor marriage

* (Before any kind of claim from anti-feminists) The term refers to Elizabeth I, a woman, was Queen of England during the XVI century. But, in certain cases, it could of course apply to other genders

- Wow! The company has done so much better since she got involved
- I know! She's total 'Elizabeth I'

What does "Elizabeth I" mean?

Pretty much the greatest ruller England ever had. When she became queen in 1558, she was only twenty-five years old. She was only the third queen to rule England in her own right. Elizabeth (1533-1603) was resourceful, determined and wise. She was intelligent and loved learning. She was glamorous, flirtatious and charismatic. She ruled alone for nearly half a century, lending her name to a glorious epoch in world history. A really great movie is "Elizabeth" where Cate Blanchett made her big break and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for her performance in the 1998 film . Its sequel, "The Golden Age", is coming out 2007.

Queen Elizabeth I is pretty darn kick ass.
