When you Drink so much that there is a "good" chance that you will fall over and cause some sort of bodily harm.
I rally want to drink tonight but make sure I don't get black eye drunk. I am all out of sick days and it is embarrassing wearing sunglasses to work.
What does "Drunk Eyes" mean?
When a person (usually a girl) consumes an amount of alcohol sufficient to reflect intoxication in their eyes. Usually evidenced by seductive stares or photo evidence.
"That girl is totally giving me drunk eyes at the bar." OR "Wow- so-and-so looks wasted in that picture."
