A way to express how you're feeling inside using your body. Different types describe all types of emotions. Not only an art but also a kind of sport. Easy way to take your mind off of things or just have fun. A way of life.
At times when you're not sure what you're feeling, just start dancing.

An evolutionary display of fitness. A way to show the opposite gender that you are free of disease and have a relatively high number of desirable genetic traits. A way to advertise one’s, not only high level of evolutionary fitness, but also youth and willingness to mate.

(There are many forms of this activity. Formal and urban. Usually urban)
1. An activity in which those of the male population make complete fools out of themselves in order to get the attention of a female.
2. Also an activity performed when one has consumed too much alchohol. (This form of dancing may cause injury and/or public humiliation. This form of dancing not suggested)
Ex. 1) Stacy: Oh my gosh! Greg is such a good dancer! I would so date him!
Ex. 2) Elizabeth: Mitch is way too drunk to be dancing. I hope he doesn't hurt himself.
