What is Clerky?

Somebody who is obnoxiously nerdy, awkward and nauseously upbeat. They usually dress like they are from the 80’s and wear raper glasses (see: raper glasses). They are also extremely oblivious to what they look like to other people, and actually believe that they are seriously “cool”.
