What is Clapios Primo?
An undeveloped character in the hit game Fallout New Vegas. Originally Clapios Primo was to be implemented in the Fort and has a quest called “One Clap Two Clap You Clapped” but little is known about this quest. Unfortunately since Clapios Primo was cut fairly early on in development, many voice lines were cut.
