a word in spanish literally meaning goat herder but slang for a person who is lazy. Or can be used in another way to say that someone is dressed badly or cheap.

Chivero - what is it?
A person who is a fan or fanatic of the Mexican soccer team las Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara. Someone who is proud to say he/she loves the Chivas and will be his/her team until the day he/she dies.
