What is Bun Bo Hue?

It is the second internationally known soup from Viet nam. It is spicier than Pho, and the broth is reddish brown and pragranced with lemon grass. It also has beef and pork topping. Its noodle is the vermicilli. It is even more delicious when it comes with pork shanks and blood jelly.
