What is Bring Me The Horizon?
A UK based hardcore band that makes brilliant music that is fresh and innovative, and are excellent live with thier energetic performances and are well known for thier good use of stage props such as fake blood; but are impossible to like due to thier newly aquired fanbase of 14 year old annoying scene kids that dont even listen to the music but idolise the lead singer Oli Sykes.

A hardcore death metal band from the UK that aren't given enough credit and most scene girls orgasm over because of their lead vocalist and that most kids who like hardcore hate because they are "trendy". They are trendy. But, the people who listen to them because of trends, and the people that like them for music are completely different. The people that like them for the music arent going to obsess over them like the trendy people.

What does "Bring Me The Horizon" mean?
THE BEGINNING
They Started in Sheffield, Yorkshire in 2004.They played a style of music that fuses death metal and metalcore, known as deathcore on their first album. The name of the band came from Pirates of the Caribbean, in which Captain Jack Sparrow shouts "Now... Bring me that horizon." They are currently signed by Visible Noise Records in the UK, Shock Records in Australia and Epitaph Records in USA.

A piece of shit band that has virtually no talent. Uses Auto-Tune to turn their school-girl screams into "manly" screams. 90% of their fans are "hardcore scene kids", and have no taste in music. The other 10% are small, unintelligent fan girls who only listen to BMTH because Oliver Sykes is "SHOOO HOTT!"

A highly overrated British Deathcore band fronted by the arrogant Oli Sykes (best known for his 13 year old girl physique and habit of public urination). The band not only writes uninspired, often comical music, but performs such music poorly live. Never before has such a muddy live sound been combined with such sloppy musicianship.

in my opinion, BMTH is a pretty fuckin sick metalcore band. my favorite song to listen to and bang along to would have to be Diamonds Aren't Forever.
ignorant retards often put this band down because of their image. just like i said in my definition of glam metal, i dont give a shit about a band's image, just the quality of the music itself. metalcore as a whole is pretty freakin cool to listen to- the breakdowns are sick and the riffs are cool. i dont care what oli sykes looks like or how huge his fanbase is or how retarded teenyboppers claim to only like the band solely for him. i just dont care. because image doesnt make good music. youre either a great musician with good looks or youre justin bieber. now you tell me who's better.
now that i think about it, the same is true for, oh say, bret michaels (awesome lead singer of poison- this is coming from a straight 17 year old guy btw) where girls who grew up with poison loved them only for how hot bret michaels was. same could apply for any other hair band.

This band, among many other image-orientated bands, are absolute crap. They do really nothin new with the sounds they try to emulate other than put a really crappy tone and thier singer, affectionately known as "Oli" Sykes to his major fan base of weird fat chicks plus strangely hot ones is possibly the Devil's Incarnate. Although this religious connotation is not true, it is basically just another way of proclaiming his awkward/skinny retardedness to the rest of the world.

Quite simply, they are the most disgraceful excuse for music the world has ever witnessed in the metal music genre.
All those with common sense will realize that Bring Me The Horizon is a pathetic excuse for 'deathcore' or 'metal'. Even then, many will struggle to even call it neither 'metal' or 'deathcore.
The band itself comprises of utter failures. The band only receives attention via their lead singer, Oli Sykes. He is praised by millions upon millions of unintelligent emo and scenester chicks who think he is "t0talllly hawt <3".
All guy fans are also obviously scenesters and praise Oli once again for his apparent vocal talent which appears completely non-existent to the those without tone death problems.
Bring Me The Horizon's fans have a high chance of not knowing jack-shit about any band member except for Oli. For further proof of the scenester chicks and tone-death scenester men, simply check the bands Myspace page comment's box.
One final issue is the criticism. Simply googling reviews of Bring Me The Horizon will behold plentiful results where heavy metal critics detest the band and point out the band's lack of talent, especially in the area of guitar riffs.
So please, do yourself a favour, avoid Bring Me The Horizon/BMTH and hate them with a passion whilst trying to convert their scenester fans to the truth and the lack of talent possessed by BMTH.

Their lyrics are amazing (So is their sound) and it's tragic how their "biggest fans" can't even sing a long to their songs. They get shitty reviews and deserve better ones, If you actually listen to their songs properly and their awesome riffs (Especially on the song Black & Blue) then you'll probably realise they're not as crap as people make out.
