To totally fuck up something that is really important, such as a test. It is a common practice to laugh it up with somebody else who also bombed.
John: What did you think of that biology test?

When you're peaking on adderall, usually during about a 6-13 hour "trip" that has no real "high" but warps your perception, makes you extremely energetic, makes the idea of eating completely disgusting, and you sit there and talk for hours on end as the hours meld together.

The act of driving extremely fast, on a not so fast street. Usually around 25 mph streets, you will go 80-100 mph. Bombing requires excellent knowledge of the street, knowing that no cops will be around, and knowing that no other cars or pedestrians will be there.

Bombing
A popular graffiti style which is most common used by lesser skilled graffiti artists with some exceptions. Bombing is sometimes a more preferred form of graffiti because it takes much less effort and time than wild styling or murals....and can still be made to look nice and get your name up.
Bombing isn't meant to be senseless vandalism, it is meant to be art just like other graffiti, but a lot simpler than wild styles etc.
Cope is probably one of the most popular and respected legends in the country, he got there by mostly bombing.
